A synthetic prober walks the real user journeys — DNS resolution, entry through the edge, TLS, sign-in, the portal and the CAPTCHA service — and records whether each one worked and how long it took. Everything below is computed from those probes.

If the edge itself is down, this page is down with it. When that happens the honest reading is the one you cannot get — treat an unreachable status page as an incident.
Platform status
Figures are aggregates of synthetic probes and are published without a hostname, address, error message or response code attached. Journeys used only by platform operators are monitored but not published here.
